Star Wars survived for years without having a 'running series' to keep the fans occupied.

Too many shows end in a rush and it leaves fans disappointed i hope this will not be the case for SGU. Spent Countless hours watching and re-watching the 3 series.

So since the company declared bankruptcy we can have the show content back in the game?

It was partially that we didn't watch, but it was also that the series itself just wasn't that great. It was too dark, not really anyone to like and route for, and Syfy chose to move it around so much noone really new when it was on anymore.

I loved some of the concepts, but the execution was weak and their attempts at cliffhangers or grand episodes just felt lacking in my opinion.

They say the ratings are bad, meanwhile i know bout 30ppl in radius of 10km that watch SGU. Unfortunatelly no SyFy chanell in slovenia so we have to download it.

I'm really disappointed as I was looking for those two direct-to-DVD movies to come out, but it seems that it will never happen now...
