tbh had this happen to me 2 or 3 different times now while massing/farming.
Every time it's happened i attacked again shortly after and it worked fine.

Unclear target. You either have the wrong info, or the universe has changed around you in your period of inaction...
I get this message when trying to spy my officers through the manage officers page. happens for all of them.

Baxter - i see lots of logs in your attack on others. i also attacked support from your account - no issues.

been getting the bizzaro world message off and on all night...
and it usually fixes on the second try...
although I think it's still using my attack turns up in the process...
I also got an error msg when I was trying to take 2.7 tril naq out of my bank for a broker...
I used the same entry the second time from the drop down list...
lol... let's just say I had a little bit of palpitations...

ok i gave the message a bit more time now.. should not come on as often for bank/atack
