I always PM the person I declare vendetta upon as soon as the thread has been posted.
Lord Kjarkur is forgiving, I will send a better detailed PM.
There's no other side of the story - he just appeared in our logs and I saw him first - and claimed the prize.

yea I gathered that when you said it, but then I though maybe he has an officer or some reason he attacked, meh well was hoping for something juicy other then stats destroyed

But yeah it sure isn't looking good for me, they just ignore me and don't fight back.
I've already kept Hagar on war so he can use the auto war setting to get me ... nothing so far

I am happy to refund double what I hit him for as I have no intention of fighting you or him. I prefer not to get into long wars with people. None of my officers or members of Technocracy have anything to do with this matter.
