seems rico's can't controle one of their members who massed 2 omegans and farmed every OE alliance trough a nap. tekki did try to talk to rico's HC but they didn't seem to care.

Hm...OE joins all greatest accs in whole empire and then calls OA vs RW,wonder if RW will stick only to OA.

Thius is just **Filtered**, the only account from Delta is Tekki and that's because she handled the negotiations.
Only OA is in the war from OE side. As usuall some members are in a tour of another alliance but this works both ways.
The rest of OE will not engage unless attacked first.
