They had to make room for another version of Dancing with the Stars. :-"

Celebrity culture now there's an oxymoron, but there's no denying it sells. They said on the news today about the last ever episode of Opera, Ive never watched it so cant judge it, but what surprised me was the news said Opera Winfrey had become one of the most wealthy and influential people in the world, not in TV, or entertainment, or even America........... the world !!!! HOW & WHY ? Am I mad or is the world around me mad because I just cant comprehend it.

They say ignorance is bliss, the mindless drones that watch stuff like 'Dancing X Factor washed up celebs on Vodka & Ice' all seem to enjoy it. Maybe we would all be happier if we got lobotomised and joined them.

with all those tv shows, dancing on ice, big brother etc. i reckon a new spin should be put on them, like with big brother, let them all in seal the building then start flooding it, last one to not drown wins ! the celeb jungle thing, let wild animals loose, tigers etc kindda like battle royale but with washed out celebs,

Id watch it !

SPOILER
Great show and good clilffhanger ending but TBH the alien planet appearing in the sky is NOT original, reminded me of last years Dr Who when the timelords did exactly the same thing for the same reason and with the same intention.

Oh yeah. Because, ya know, aliens showing up on Earth because their homeworld is dying has never been done before.

No need for sarcasm I am aware it's all been done before many times but most at least try change the details, the planet appearing next to Earth and visible in the sky was pretty much identical.
I was watching Papa Roach videos, well, more listening than watching but I caught a glimpse of something and it made me watch it. There's a woman in this video, you might remember from this show. Let's see if you can spot her. 8-[

I watched the first 10 episodes when it started, then it took a long break, then I didn't realise it came back on UK TV in March and I had missed 7 episodes. I Sky +'d episode 18 onwards, but before I could be bothered to download the 7 episodes I missed they announced the cancellation, so I didn't bother watching the rest as I felt it pointless, couldn't remember what happened in episode 10 anyways.

I just finished this series, and it seemed like a good series. No idea why it was cancelled. I hope they will finish it someday, but my hopes dwindle.
It would have taken an even darker twist now with Sophia stating something even worse was going to happen that wasn't even close to humane. 8-[

Actually what she said was that killing off the entire population with the Spanish flu was the humane thing to do, as compared to what is going to happen. :-k
