That's not a bank fee...

I'm saying in order to request 100 bill NAQ out of the alliance bank you must have put at least 50bill into the alliance bank yourself.

AND my post goes on to say that you have to repay the other half back into the bank before you can request again...

Right, so what i said about the 1% bank increase being useless is valid. Since everyone will just put into the bank anyway, even at 10% loss. Since it benefits the alliance as a whole, and benefits them as they then have no bank storage limit.
