The word 'vulture' isn't even that bad in my opinion..thats not my problem with this at all.
Its the load of BS that follows it.
90% of the time when you receive the 1st message from the 'victim' or whatever you wanna call them..half the sentences are insults and the other half are threats.
Just pure unnecessary stuff.

So how are you meant to deal with being called a vulture?
Sometimes it just stays in game but most of the time its brought on forums to further shame this so called vulture?

I'm gonna use the case im in atm cause im not arsed thinking about other ones that have occurred.

But I responded to my 'stats being soon removed' by telling the 'victim' that i hoped he will remove my stats himself and not get his mates to do it and i got this reply
''yea It'll be me and all my bro's
thats how we roll.''

So i said thought so.
Then the victim replied again about my stats and the usual '' good luck keeping your stats''etc..
But the part that i found funny and motivated me to give 2 mins of my life to making this topic is this:
''oh best regards as well, hope life goes better for you than this game will.''

So while that's pretty funny and hurts my feelings at the same time it shows that there are some serious douches out there.
But on a serious note I find it hard to see how u can escape this so called 'vulture' tag.

I disagree with Mordack. I prefer a reason to mass. But then again I'm a softie so what do I know.

Imo, farming is farming is farming. If you are getting farmed, build a defense, if you can't keep a defense, lower your income. >_>

even more absurd when someone cries vulture after losing enough resources that their defense in peacetime wouldn't have mattered...

(missing PPT, ascension issues, retraining millions of units, etc...)


though I imagine if I lost something huge like that, I'd probably call them lots of things too...



Speaking of ingame terms,

What is the generally accepted name or word for someone who is farming / raiding while the target is obviously online...

not like an online battle, but just a target who happens to be online...

whether a farm or just a name on the rankings page...

If you can take their naq in peace time, tell them to sftu.

If you couldn't take their naq in peace time, tell them to rebuild their defence or deal with being farmed.

On the other side of the coin, you should expect to be massed for every single AT you use in this game, wether it be a 15turn hit for 1T naq or a 3AT failed attack.

People just need to relax.

@Dubby - not sure if their is a 'specific term' but ask Slayer, im sure he came up with some colourful names when I nicked his farm naq :p
