Sorry, the question isn't can you buy UU if you are over the cap, it's can you buy them if you are below them - but the sale is going to take you over?

I had a complete understanding of the question from the start.

You can NOT buy from the $$ black market if you are under the plague cap. As mentioned before you can NOT buy at all when over the trade cap.

Whether you can buy if you are just under trade cap I can't say whether you can or not. Although that wasn't the original question.

reason why i posted that message is because when i read your message, i actually tried it 3 times to be exact, and it came up with that message, if your near plague or over the trade limit u cant buy uu, if your just under the trade limit u can buy uu from the market which will put you over the trade limit, i can also confirm that if your over the trade cap u still get the UU when you buy $20 or $50 SS, reason i know this is iv just brough $50 SS as i wanted the name change and i couldnt be bothered to use my market turns to buy a name change.

to clarkey, hey long time no speak xD lol, and for the record, clarkey has been around for longer than most people, so if he says something, best to listen to him because hes probably right xD

If you are just below the plague army cap – say at 520million – can you buy UU from the ingame black market?

that was your original question correct? so why moan and change the meaning of the answer you are seeking if u didnt state it in your original question?
