The raccoon came into the house again today while I was asleep, and my Dad chased it off for two hours before my brother picked up his sniper air soft guy and shot it in the ass. Apparently, hasn't been back since.
I'm not one to show violence towards animals, but that has to go.

What the **Filtered** is with this thing dude.
It's come back all night now, and we've shot it a hundred times with the high powered air soft sniper rifle.
Is it really that hungry or does it just want easy food?

dig a burmese tiger trap.
wait for a burmese tiger to get trapped.
use the tiger as a watchdog watchcat

Kit-Fox wrote:Just to note about rabies, there is no cure, it is 100% deadly, 100% of the time.
There are prophylactic treatments that do prevent it, but most folks dont have those regularly.
So take extreme care when dealing with this racoon & yes do get your cats fully tested if they have had encounters with it.
the treatment apparently works as long as it is before the onset of severe symptoms...
which could theoretically be a little while, depending on the bite.
in other words:
get bit by a raccoon, get stomach shots the same day u realize u got bit, or realize that you got bit...
get bit by a stray, get stomach shots that day...
get scratched by either... probably stomach shots...
touch any blood from a mammal of unknown rabies status...
stomach shots.

Not PG-13
tl;dr
His racoon issues have not left him, his cat is not living up to his/her furry name and his brother considers himself Special Forces.
