So admin decided that if you have a lucky number between 40.7 mill and 54 mill you gain entry into perg o.0

Wrong. Anywhere from 1 UU to 40.7m you can enter, between 40.7 and 54 you can stay in perg if you're already in, but not enter, and ta 54m you will be automatically booted.
