So they are going to activate a Mutual Protection pact to guard against SOME farming? WOW... that would be beyond desperate.
How would I know, I am neither DDE or Mayhem. Just a little being caught between nonsense and more nonsense.
Just saying, don't walk into a bear's cave when someone says bears are extinct. ;)

No you aren't 'just saying' you were very firm. 'You can pretty much count on it" is pretty firm. SO what you are saying though is that you believe that DDE and mH would activate their MPP in the case of some farming, which is what Davy was suggesting happens. If you are suggesting that in this case, I think we can logically infer that if you were in that situation, you would be doing it.

But as you say, you aren't DDE or Mayhem (and I understand you resigned from your DDE position elsewhere) so it's not your call and you aren't involved but you are giving out fairly dire warnings.

My call though would be if they initiated their MPP for some farming then that would be beyond desperate.

as desperate as keeping inactives in alliances to add numbers..

...Juliette you're pretty damn active on the forums but do you even LOOK at what's happening ingame, or know anything about it at all? DDE and mH got their behinds kicked, the stomped on, then served on a silver platter back to them. Still happening, and it will continue to happen.

They will not be doing any behind serving for a while. Atleast make a threat that sounds realistic for gods sake

And everyone else, this is one of the best suggestions crockett can give you, farm them to shreds :-D They really have good naq.

trying to draw in unwitting noobs to serve as mercs?

lovely... :smt078

given DDE's long and storied history,

people who cared about such noobs

would not recommend things so lightly, easily, or so quickly... :-$

give it a few weeks...
it's not like all those accounts are going to delete or be sold overnight...

that many accounts would not just sell themselves all at once in the best of times...

it takes people's effort for starters... which means threads and other signs to watch for...

if it's true... if not... then you've steered clear of one heck of a mess. :P

Does it look like we need any mercs? ;)

DDE's history does not make the present the same.

Oh and - 116T farmed in 5 days. Most of that was farming DDE farmers (you know who you are). We're not lying! :P

After getting your ass kicked for what, 3 years now? Of course not. You need a reality check. :P
Love you.

This thread looks like a giant trap if you ask me.
It's like saying you can poke a bear when it's hibernating and nothing will happen.

Don't see your point honestly, if more people farm them, you have less to farm, being at war with them yourselves. On the other hand, it's a very bad advice for "noobs".

Seriously...

*shakes fist*

This is ridiculous. You guys really do bring out the disciplinarian in me !

It would be ill advised for new players to attk DDE. Consider yourself warned.

Its hard enough to get new players to stay in game as it is ffs

Soooo , im going to go get my paddle and shine it up ...

NOW BEHAVE !

I would like to think that DDE would recognise a "new" account when it is farming them and advise them not to before doing anything more.

I wouldn't have posted this thread before but at the moment the hibernating bears bark(?) would be worse than its bite perhaps.

It's the fun of the game though, take some risks and break the monotony that is farming and ascending ](*,) I didn't quite mean fresh noobs but some with ascensions under their belts looking for a little more oomph in their gaming, it could be something to look into, could be a learning experience. :-"

I think what people mean to say is that DDE for a long time has had such a reputation and in the past have practised measures such as massing for 1 hit. It is slightly humorous that Clarkey would suggest samaritan - esque qualities.

Stop trying to give them more of a **Filtered** reputation than you have already built for them

DDE has earned their reputation and respect from me of all people. lol after sorted war with them for 2 or more years. :-)

I think my opinion is an educated one at least...

I think you will find i have been massed by TL for fewer hits on you, than it takes for DDE to mass me. Also, DDE are making more of an effort to keep this game bringing in, and keeping new players than yourselves in TL. Their members try to suggest ways to help new players, it seems TL then shoot them down, and try to get updates to make themselves stronger.
