I would not say it's not moderated. It is moderated forum. However, it might not be moderated the way some expect it to be. But it's a different thing..

Otherwise , I dont think there are enough people participating in this forum or game to warrant such a large mod team so the instances and opportunities to moderate have dropped significantly and due to lack of confidence and respect for the mod team and game ... vicious circle , results are obvious.

True. It's only propaganda and "OMG we are so awesome we rule this game". Only difference with the past is that only those propagandists believe that 'ruling the game' means anything. Maybe some RL satisfaction. No idea why else they'd be so torn up about things.
