who adviced you to hit him in the first place?
if you are new to game, how do you know your advisor is reliable?
also (maybe wrong here) thought there was some sort of protection for new accounts :/

You get people like this in the game, dont build anything for him to kill and ignore him, he'll get bored

He's not ascended unfortunately.. also why is this in ascension forums?
To OP: this guy is just being a **Filtered**, unfortunately theres really nothing that can be done about him, because sitting on someone is not against the rules. Just ignore him and increase your account in ways that cant be taken by him (raid uu and train into attack soldiers (not supers), build up your MS, UP, covert levels) until he decides to leave you alone or you can build above what he wants to hit.
