Game will be flooded with ATs now which will mean that wars and massings will become more frequent. It should also reduce the price of everything on the forum market.
Will also mean that going on PPT doesn't just cost you a lot more resources but prevents you from getting over 5,500 ATs. Could make PPTs much more rare.
Looks like a last throw of the dice to kick start the game, and for this it is a great idea.
