Done :D
It's called New World Order Power Strike
How's that sound? I'm all most scared to use it lol, to much power!!!

Um. No. See.. water is water because of its molecular, atomic and subatomic properties. If one of the elements of water (for instance, an Oxygen atom) no longer has the properties of an Oxygen atom, the molecule does not exist. So, a quantum detangler makes e.g. 'water' become 'not-water'.
It really is not that spectacular. What is spectacular is what happens to the untangled subatomic particles, and that depends on the follow-up. Is energy added? Then they might react to each other, however that may be.

Guess you got the idea now? :) If, for instance, metal is turned into non-metal, you'll be unprotected in your spaceship. :P

(Spectacular weapon would be the next step; "Quantum Retangler". Instead of just turning things into non-things, you turn them into random things. - That's *really* *really* oversimplified.)

so when you fire this detangler at a space ship and turn his metal into non metal, will it turn into a large cheeseburger with fries?, thats a non metal i believe, not just 1 non metal in fact a couple if im not mistaken. 8-[
or maybe it will take all the "metal elements" out of the metal :smt115

your logic is flawed

everyone knows spaceships are made from composites anyway. duh! ;) come on guys ;)

not gonna have the time to switch your detangler's settings to all the elements in the resin let alone the fiber. text book warfare tactics here guys.

It gets a bit old when people invent unnecessarily compliucated imaginary weapons.... 8-[

the ideas would be in the armory of your main, ascended, and quantum accounts...

but I shall add a few from other sci-fi stuff...

holding beam... bad name without an image, but don't mess with da Borg.

Phaser rifle... a bit puny and obscure to name a planet after tho...

Shockwave -- epic nuclear bomb

Spatial Rift -- epic bomb

Expanding Sphere Generator

Plasma, Photon, and Quantum Torpedoes

Hellbore Cannon

Fusion Cannon

Disruptor Cannon

Any form of suicidal ship... firebomb ship, kamikaze, shockwave, spatial rift...

uses? killing... research... cba. :-D

Well, I've got em all named up, but I'm always open to more ideas.

I got 2 words for you... Force Lance
The Force Lance generally looks like a harmless metal rod approximately 30 centimeters in length capable of firing plasma shots and smart bullets which can find their targets from almost anywhere in the proximity of where they are fired. The weapon can extended to almost 2 meters and be used as melee weapon to disable or spar with opponents. The lance is keyed to its handlers DNA meaning that if an individual who is not the assigned user of the weapon will be incapacitated by an electric shock should they attempt to fire it. However there are instances in which a lance can be operated by remote; someone with the right codes is capable of causing a force lance to discharge either by voice, pulsed laser or microwave transmission. Whilst fully extended in melee mode the lance can not only continue to fire but can also act as a taser delivering an electric charge from its opposite end. The energy compacitors within the lance responsible for this can also be set also for a single high energy electric discharge capable of shocking multiple enemies simultaneously.

The Force Lance can launch a number of self-guided tiny attack drones (called “effectors”) that both target opponents and intercept incoming projectiles. In addition a grappling hook attachment can fixed to the firing end of the lance allowing user to create a make shift zip line when needed . Also, when the lance is placed in a stationary position, it can be set on auto fire or artillery intercept mode. Adding to its already long list of capailites a force lance can serve as a plasma grenade when set to overload
I like it but I've already got particle lance, which sounds too similar. Thanks though. I would love to have one of those babies

Atomic laser ??

Really that's oxymoronic as lasers consist of photons?

Also for the quantum detangler and composites imagine something that could take substances apart and separate them into their individual elements...Imagine that .You could essentially separate water, burn the hydrogen in the oxygen and have water as emissions

Perpetual energy pl0x

Well, matter is made up of energy - Electrons, protrons, and neutrons.
A quantum detangler could break then molcules down to their base energy. It could turn matter to energy... kind of like a quantum buster. The quantum buster gives off HUGE explosions though. This one might just disperse it... kind of like a disintegration weapon... who knows?

An atom laser shoots particles of matter in a manor similar to a laser. The particles of matter behave like a wave.

It detangles all quantum bonds between subatomic particles. Basically, it's not just the metal, or the spaceship, but anything and everything in range.
For instance, by altering the subatomic properties of hydrogen, i.e. using the detangler with a very limited scope, you could alter the viscosity of water. You could alter the subatomic properties of iron to change the tensile strength of iron bars. Even Grizz' composites would not be able to withstand their basic properties being altered.

But you are right. That is the downside of using an oversimplified model. :)

well... the "magnetic rail gun" is a bit silly... All railguns are magnetic. The principle behind a railgun is electromagnetism.

you could take "volcano in a bottle" that was a weapon back in the first version of ChaosGateWars... Either Unas or Furling weapon, if we recall correctly...

if you want a truly obscure weapon, you can take "44.835mm energy helix turret", its one of our personal designs.
Its a static energy weapon that fires shots in a helix pattern using one of its eight barrels at any one time. Especially useful for chewing through shields and armor.

The Mark 2, also called ".. double helix turret", uses 2 of its eight barrels at any one time. :P
