They all suck tbh.

Yes, it does. And with the forum rules as they are, you are not allowed to say something different.

I was just being honest.

Anyway I mentioned Battlecorp as it's another game of Jason's and sgw should take some of its style...BC being more modern and appealing imo. (I didn't play it because I already focused on another mmorpg owned by Chaos' admin.

As a veteran of the other game that I shalt name I have to completely disagree. It has a far bigger player base and the game itself is a lot better developed and structured and even better the $$ market is near non-existent and the market that is there is not exactly game changing to the degree the one here is. Their forums are also a lot more professional and better run. It's a good game. It falls down on it's general community. They're a bunch of asses and very boring lol.
SGW wins on community on any game i've seen or played. It's diverse and small enough that you can get around most of the groups with little effort.

I'd like to remind everybody not to 'advertise' other MMORPGs in SGW General. A spirited and measured debate on the relative strengths and weaknesses of this game is welcome, but blatant advertising of rival games is not. Please use some judgement when posting.

There are better text-based games out there, with actual graphics and such.
Eg: When you click say..the command center button (I believe there was a game I tested a while back) it would bring up a huge image of a ship floating in space, blah blah.

I kinda like this game the way it is. Simple is sometimes better, and imo it is this time.

Someone pointed me to a game he was developing where the army loss and such was based on real time. And all pages where interactive, ergo if you moved over training or such a drop down window came and you could train through that instead of a completely different page
Also the graphics were epic

That sounds interesting... Despite my previous post, I am totally open to new ideas. I enjoy the game as is though.

why even bother arguing about it? Jason took someone elses idea(stargate theme) and put it towards his own uses. If he did try to advertise, he'd open himself up to lawsuit, and im not sure about him, but you guys aren't worth that much trouble for me.
just sayin

The game has nothing to do with Stargate anymore, this is why it's called GateWars.
