I can't imagine that at any given time there'd be under 100 planets in the pool of abandoned or unowned planets.
The admin could keep that pool supplied himself by randomly generated planets. Those wouldn't be the exceptional planets Dubby_CompGamerGeek2 is looking for, but they'd be simple planets.

to be clear, we are calling the 48k UP planet the exceptional?

or is that something more...

You mentioned a dual planet, but that is not exceptional. That is just unreasonable, haha.

Unfortunately, due to the way the Recon Reports are usually provided,

trying to match up 10 names in 20 reports...

I can't be bothered to scan most anyone for most any planet.

I'm not complaining because there are no inactives with decent planets...

I'm complaining cuz my mothership takes 14 straight days to find what it always finds anyway...

You should write down the planet IDs.
See if you really find the same ones.

not nesisarily ive dumped duals due to i didnt need/didnt want to protect them and i didnt want there owner to get em back

My alliance mate, Rhodylife discovered that her mothership brought a dualie home once...

(I mention this because it's long gone...
but I did spy it while she had it... which was difficult,
cuz it was not just a dualie, but a covert dualie. )


and I think that deleted accounts should spin off their planets a day later...

after it's been deleted for a day or so.
