Yeah, that was my thought at first, but that would be kinda lame if you think about it.
It would be like, say, lets use the Era of the Living Dead as an example, if when the market closed all the sudden everyone that was a Zombie had to switch races to one of the four main races. It would make the Era "perk" pointless.
That is different as the undead race was a perk free for everyone to use. Where as the stones are for the few that steal them and are therefore transferable. When the market closes everything transferable should follow
Yeah, the Living Dead era was just an example, I'm saying if the stones were going to disappear at the end, they just should of never been in the Era... Which wouldn't have been a bad option!

If someone were to grab 4 stones in the last hour and lose 1, he'd be on ppt for 60mins hence no one could take the other 3 from him/her.
That just hasn't been considered at all by admins...

THAT is a very good point! I hadn't thought of the PPT issue at all... If at least one stone were to be passed around, then several people could conceivably all go on PPT right at the end of the Era.

The not your report comes when someone is sabbed out (as in they got someone to fail at sabbing them so much that they could no longer be sabbed)
