MW3 is a first-person shooter.

MW3 = FPS(First Person Shooter)

He means the main quest. Unless he had spent the last week doing nothing but playing Skyrim, then there it's no way he completed the game.

Almost all the side quests, spent like 6,7 hours per day playing.
