And actually HAZ Bruno may not return, so with what is stated there I think it implies he has given it up unless he can return which cannot be determined and is likely he won't...but if he can, his m8 will give him the account.

As for the thread, it will remain here until a game admin handles it.
In my opinion both sides of the argument are valid. However, the outcome that the author is looking for from this is going to be 0. Sorry, but this rule is one that is never enforced and if people can give away an account for free then who is to stop them giving it back for free?
It's morally wrong for the game, but that's life.

2) Someone goes on holiday, gives their account away, come back from holiday, get their account given back.
Which one is morally wrong? Not saying this is what Bruno is doing, but it could be.

I understand the difference between the two, but what makes it morally wrong in you view?
Player a has 5 accounts and has been caught using them, and is still playing
Player b had 2 accounts and got banned for transferring resources from one to the other prior to abandoning it.
I am in no way attempting one of my legendary arguments, I would sincerely like to know the moral wrongness of of it..after all an account in an alliance represents an army or regiment, so if the owner cannot play for an extended period of time then why not place it under a new command? If Bruno were a solo player I would be inclined to agree with you.

Sorry but whether he's in an alliance or not doesn't make any difference. You can't legitimise something because they are in an alliance.
If Bruno comes back and gets his account back it is technically wrong.

Hi like to clear things up since i am now the owner of the account in question...
the account was given to me...
Bruno will be buying a new account on his return in 2 weeks time if he returns...
my old account was vaced as soon as i could so as not to multi... i even left the UU and at's on it before i left...
this account will be remaining in my possesion until the end of time...
hope this clears things up... as bruno left in such a rush as he had to catch a international flight to be at a death bed we only had minutes to sort it out...

and also as for the 2 ppl rule of sharing its not sharing when only 1 knows the log in details as soon as i logged in on this account its name email and passwords were changed same as its ascended...
so the account only has 1 owner not 2...just for clarity...

giving acc away and taking it back is exploiting the rules. as for how important are the rules atm im not sure. the blind Justice might just not be blind sometimes.
the proccess will involve two people and if both have two acc's then at some point one will vac one acc and play the other and then take back his old acc. this person would log in two different acc for a temp period while not loging on both them. how deep this is considered as exploit is at Jason will.

Why don't you read. Bruno said "My account has been passed on to a fellow NWO member
until I return..." The underlined bit impressing that he would get it back when he returns.

Thread re-opened upon request of author on the grounds that the account in question was baby-sat during another persons absence from the game. Therefore sharing login details etc.This thread will remain open until a game admin has checked out the account(s) in question.
