If you are certain your email and password are identical on main and ascended, then the most likely explanation is your ascended account isnt linked to your main.

Hi Sol,
I seem to have the same problem "to ascended" button not working. Have pm'ed you my Asc id. Hope you can look into it. (Email & passwords match).
