It was never supposed to be like that, otherwise there would be no "-", simply 30 or 60 minutes more PPT.

Because negatives make the world explode and therefore it symbolizes a bug each and every time?

Point 0 is when a ppt ends, anyway through a turn change, by default ppt time will continue to negate a minute based on the ingame clock up until turn change.
Regardless of whether you want to fix the ppt time going negative or not it wont effect anything, users wont go off ppt UNTIL the next turn change when the cron does its sweep of every user.
It's hardly fitting (logical) to have a + instead of a - there anyway, they purchase a set amount of time to be on protection, then they have to wait a set amount of time to be off protection.

So unless admin does a code overhaul on ppt timing so that it ends right on the dot (which will probably slow down the server a bit), the only thing to change is to just remove the whole ppt sign after it hits 0 (which would lead to further complaints, why can't people attack me when it says im off ppt? etc...and i bet 100 people will ask on the forum and to poor admin sue, and they will get the same answer).

As i said, it's not a bug, just how admin rolls.

Your logic is flawed. Your deduction insufficient.

General riviera, "consider". Therefore it is not, but you tell me to think as if though it were. Again, it is not.

Clarkey, as I said, I will. I will get over any and all exploits and bugs, beneficial or otherwise. I'm sure there will be plenty to report bugs and "forget" to mention exploits.

If the code is meant to bring them off PPT on turn changeonce it is <= 0, it should never be any lower than -30, unless admin has coded it to sweep users every 2-3 turns?

Logically it should before anyone gets to -30. But there are some exceptions, like if admin scrounges around in the code.
