He didn't try to weasel out of anything. He asked your reasons and the fact is you can't give any because you are just trying to bully accounts that could never possibly hope to deal damage to you.

I am not doing this to bully him or to look good. In fact the only reason it was posted here was because thats what the HC told me to do.

The HC didn't tell you to do anything. You complained about how you wanted to for days until you finally caught a single HC member who didn't care.
