I did the booting, icebolt cheated by feeding therefore he didn't deserve to be a alliance member of mine. I waited till I found out he was indeed guilty of feeding, that's why I took so long, I gave him chances to not feed. Then I can't mention the other but he was our weakest member 
I learnt from HippyFool last era, I watched him boot several members that were weak in order to make the average power even higher.
