Here's a thought. Fly all these child mercenaries to Syria, and let them crush those foreign-inspired terrorist 'rebels without a cause'. Make some use of all that brainwashing and combat training. Send a schoolbus of these elite warriors to Paris, and see how long it takes Sarkozy to start shooting at his own citizens. Then, let's bomb France for violating human rights. Hey! Those wouldn't be our "own citizens", and anyway we already have young thugs gangs but don't worry the political correctness is stuck enough in every layer of society to prevent any kind of strong intervention.

How about rather send them to Netherlands? Uganda's official language also happens to be English, if not mistaken the English level in Netherlands is better than in France, so at least you guys would understand these teenage soldiers better eh...

No thank you we don't need more rioters arriving and damaging further more, we already have too many of them.

Then as I said, make them come to Netherlands instead. Don't see why they should come to France; they are meant to speak English and English is less spoken in France than in Netherlands.
At least the environment there would be -much- better for them than in France.. (we are apparently an ohh soo bad country )
Give them free education in the best public/private schools, give them free food, healthcare, cloths and everything, and pick randomly dutch citizens (preferably ones who have a good living/wage level) to have one or two of said 'young warriors' to live as a guest in their home, also to feed them etc...that's perfect protection in my opinion!

I used to have a Ungandan friend so this isnt news to me. I think the government is to blame to be quite honest. People have known, people have told the government. I think people do care, but either they do not know how to help or accept it in a way because they know they cannot make an impact in any specific way. Clearly it is in the interest of the majority to help yet the governing body that represents to majority thinks more economically and mechanically on the matter. No real interest. It's internal, we shouldnt interfer, not a sustainable efficient foreign policy etc etc.
