The mistake he makes is that he thinks that no one will mass his asc even if he is a DMU trader. The weps where there at his own risk of losing them, Extortion wont do anything.

Oh no, she massed, he declared vendy. Pretty simple. He also offered a resolution to it, a portion of his losses paid back. Still not extortion.

Extortion would be if I declared a vendy on Mr. Jake and only ended it when I was paid 50T for it. Hellsing has losses from her he wants repayment for, that's not extortion. That's a solution's condition.

Now, if she wasn't the one to mass him, and he continues this, that is extortion.

Thats like someone declaring war on me for massing 500M cov units on a 0 def when he has like 25 covert. Its their mistake and they put them there at their own risk...

If you mass him, and he retaliates, that's his right. And if he then sets a condition to end the vendetta if a portion of his losses are repaid, that's still not extortion.

Daku read what he said, he says to end it, not repay back losses. Which means he will basically sit on her till she pays 25t to end this war. He has said nothing about repaying back losses.

That is exorting someone.

I have attacked no one on ascended, aside from usual farming attacks.
