It's a war game... if you want to not be hit you are better off laying low and not hitting alliances.
Doesn't make you a bully to use the game in a way that it was made to be used.

people are one thing but the game is another.. if not you then someone else will mass.

if you can stomach people hitting you then you can do whatever you want..

Oh newbie, it's not a war game. It's an RPG.. there is more to this game than war.. the politics and economics are huge.

Hence the comment of noob. A veteran player knows differently and certainly knows enough to remember that it's an MMORPG.

The true greats of the game don't just sink $$'s into an account or take/build defences and coverts... they're as deadly with their words, plans and minds as they are behind the attack/sabb button or with paypal. How often do people mention STI these days? A player with stats around for years yet he's nearly never mentioned compared to Esker when people start naming greats and out of the two only one of them really played all aspects of the game outside of 'war'.

What I do not understand why these players hit certain alliances/players.

When I started out, my commander told me which alliances to stay clear of, even if it was a good naq hit, and fair that they would rip me to pieces.

Every player or alliance you hit is a potential to mass you for that. Its a game where war is a part of the whole.

Personally, I give them a warning, but that is me.

Not exactly who I'd have chosen Matt but it should be a strange yet funny challenge for RP.

WTH is all this romantic **Filtered** in every thread you post in, you need to slap your hoe silly or summin dude..anyways..I have always helped a smallish player rebuild if I know for sure they just use non cash means to play and build..but hey, dont tell anyone

I tell my officers to stay clear of DDE -mostly-, and -usually- OE, and to accept a hit when they hit any major alliances (FS, Rico's, TAF, Loki..). Still, the concept of 'vulturing' has been proven to be a completely absurd notion five years ago. It remains a very amusing propaganda tool to this day.

This is an ideal mentality for the mechanical game's portion. The 'psychological' game is a wholly different matter.

I met many bullies/noobs/good people around here. No matter what Alliance. You will always find a bully in it. Biggest bully I can remember is a person from TL.
Was really surprised when a friend told me what he/she is doing. What a waste of his/her time.

It is really sad to see how big the gap between normal and $spenders become. Game might fade out soon... Hope to be wrong, though.

Everyone should just stop crying about $ so much. Big $penders will always be on top true but you can stay competitive and match mid level $pending by farming.
