Should be enough but I don't know for sure. I'm around rank 150 with 1.5, 2, 14, 3.5

Whereas I have 1.1 strike, 10.2 tril def, 21 tril covert, 6 tril mothership,
it's 2 am on the US East Coast,
and I'm still rank 127...
I would bang my forehead against the brick wall, but I already know the reason:
3 tril strike, on lower misc stats,
that shows the power of having a nicely ranked strike...
as well as evenly ranked stats overall... as my strike action is currently ranked 553.
