I don't know what game you're thinking about. I'm pretty certain if you spoke to Replijake, REK or Esker about this general idea they'd all only have one answer for you and that goes for many of the older players. War is war mate, no prisoners.
Obviously there is some lee way but that's.. you know.. incredibly obvious. Like.. no point abusing someone's account if they're actually dead. No point sending BS macho talk to someone who's just lost a treasured family member. You respected your enemies for what they were on the other end, human.. but you didn't compromise your war effort. Accounts belonging to dead players still needed to be negotiated out of wars, even if it was a two second negotiation. People having trouble in R/L either went on vac or suffered the full wrath of their enemies.. yadda yadda.
Not sitting on someone after a battle when they're weak?
You dream about things that simply did not happen.

Ye i mostly share the same opinion. I would also hope most people would not sit on small people unless they did something i suppose.
Besides the small ppl keep this game alive, we all need them

Maybe admin should do some advertisement, give out free USS to new players for something in return. Thats how i originally started Sgw 6 years back

Great examples being no attacks during during certain festivity days, or medical aid after large battles.
What Gatewars seems to lack in my eyes, since a few years, is something alike.
Though these rules tend to be unwritten and classed as ‘obvious’ they no longer apply in our little universe as simply too many people with enormous egos can’t let go of certain things and feel the need to portray themselves as bad asses trying to make other people believe they can do whatever the hell they want at the cost of anything.

Dodgers
for my return, it's very funny to see DDE posting about "code of conduct", former members would be mad if they read this topic

but, for the time i was playing, i never saw any "peace time" for festivity or any "recovering time" after wars. When DDE was finishing a war, they where most of the time starting a new one agaisnt people who farmed them during first battle.
And about people who are able to do what they want at any cost, it's a wargame... the stronger u are, the most irritating u are (remind BLAHH:) )
ps : Me make war so that we may steal your cookies

First of all DDE wasnt posting about a code of conduct, Duck Dodgers a valued member of Gw is. 2nd, if there were the numbers of people playing now as there were then DDE would play like that, but..as it goes, the game shrunk and so we adjust. As for the stronger you are..well...uu and activity determine that, not who you know or blow or how big your levels and ms might be.

What utter nonsense. If I was still playing, I'd mass everybody who signed up to this.

Well in that case I'd mass a few random people - just to reiterate my commitment to playing like an ass.
