look for ppl not in alliances, over 2000 rank or pages 300-2000+ and 0 def.. 1.5mil uu out and set war..
(also check who their CO is)
raid them until you get 40,000 a 15at then move on to next one...

I dont raid less than 50k units a hit,
i only raid 2.5mill+ raids if your lucky on a good day at the right rank you can pick up 5mill uu every page/2 pages

i go for around 1.5mil+
trouble with looking for more is that you find maybe 1 per page whereas you find 10 or so 1.5mils on each one, which makes it more worthwhile with most people's limited time
