Its easy to farm when you can find all the unranked accounts and farm them since no one else can easy naq for you.

Because on ascension
Search as you may, you cannot find the target on this plane. Maybe they took a vacation.
Which basically means. Those people are not on this plane, are not ment to be on this plain, so... in other words, if not all can see them and farm them, neither can or should an individual
meaning it is a bug = and if someone is using that to gain profit = abusing the system
So I would suggest you report that

If memory serves, Juliette had her ascensions reset on that account back from unknown to unascended so she's had more than two over the years...
