wouldn't worry so much about ascended Rek if it means loosing on a great deal of naq investments on the account. I have one like im not a Damon but as long as you got the super weapons you can easily make up for that 1-2% race bonus, i lost more % bonus when the lone wolf bonus left than i would on a descension lol.

Eh? At level 23 you get 47% bonus.
Descension strips that, so it lowers your power by a third. Now imagine having a 10T defence, that would suddenly be just under 7T, without anyone massing anything..
Or imagine the effects on a 2Q covert, losing 600T power.
But it is true that REK has little to worry about, being an LG.
