And to get back on topic.....
I always get total garbage from MS explorations. My beacons tell me though people have much better luck than I. I've abandoned more than a few well developed planets.

Well the juiciest planet was retaken anyway, other thoughts I might have had with the act itself aside
Yup busy life, gotta prioritise and strategize what to do with what you have available
