I have a 20 page list of 0 defences to farm. I normally hit for 300t, but if I have 4k ATs and don't fancy ascended, I will hit down to 200t.
Farming is always good no matter how much you get from other sources.

Loki to catch up u need to hit 400 T + if u want to speed up ur progress and for that 40-50 Q strike is fine.... i hit for 250-300 T min... bcz my acct is in a good shape...
and hell yh farming is always awesome no doubt abt it...
