Really not the kind you want, though.

I have brought it up with Jason. Will get back to you later this week.

TBH I really wouldnt mind if the reply was a "screw you" it'd be better than the kind of respect that no reply comes across as.
right now the lack of reply is far more annoying than not having my account. if it was 3 days and he finally said "cant prove its hacked so I cant do anything" or "I don't see anything wrong off the get go, but i will check into it" I really would understand. Not devoting 60 seconds of your time to even go that far is something that I just dont understand. not in the slightest.

I will have someone at the admin meet representing me on friday as well.

The handling of the support/urgent/admin e-mails, which is done by the game support staff (1 person, not Jason), usually follows the timelines outlined earlier (up to a week for support; a day for urgent; undefined for admin).
However, the staff is currently indisposed (reasons private); so the handling of emails (ALL emails, not just yours) is delayed. When returning to full operational efficiency, the earliest mails will be handled first. Spamming the inbox will have no effect, as there is no one to answer (for the time being).

I hope you understand this is nothing personal (since ALL emails are not being handled - or are being handled very slowly at this time), but a personnel issue at KG. :)

this is so **Filtered** up.. It was a Hack and whoever has the account needs to confirm details they actually bought the account and who the hell they bought it from, then give us the names and lets do this vigilante style!!!

no admin J isnt smart enough to figure out that the details have been changed 3 times since I brought it to his attention that I had no access to the account. that's not NEAR enough proof that the account has been stolen. especially when I have had prior contact with admin J in relation to THIS SAME ACCOUNT!

seems to me that Im going to have a better chance of getting something done by actually talking to the guy who bought the account that belongs to me because apparently admin has his head too deep in his ass to actually accomplish anything. this is **Filtered** ridiculous. tomorrow will bee 2 weeks that I've had this issue reported, and yet i havnt heard so much as a **Filtered** PEEP out of anyone as to if I am going to get the account back.
I have resolved this problem with the current owner of my account. This can be closed.
the current owner has ceased to cooperate, seeing as there has been no movement on this yet, i dont hold out much hope, but we will see.

The current owner tried joining The Omega Empire.

Upon searching his IP address it comes up with a person who tried joining OE in the past, with a different account.

Alpheos 46.227.193.101 8 08-March 13 Applicant
_SemperFi_ 46.227.193.101 4 10-June 12 Guests

If admin do a search on the IP address I'm sure it will come up with a known scammer.

Fenrir/Rykole.

This account should be returned to it's rightful owner.

should be, but a month later there has yet to be any movement on this. Betcha it took OE a long time to do that search too, the app was submitted what? a week ago? it got handled that fast by people doing things in their spare time! without getting paid! but magically, the people whom are paid to handle such problems take far longer to do so, in fact, I just recieved my first email response to this as of wednesday, only 29 days after my initial email to urgent.
