"NEW" Surrenders will be accepted for two things,

1. The unfortunate and serious event of one of your deaths (which I hope doesnt happen, we have lost too many lately, and though things get heated and we talk **Filtered** noone wants anyone to die)

2. You publicly announce that you have sent us a Surrender, with the promise you will never join forces with DDE again, after HC votes we will then let you know via PM not the forums that your surrender has or has not been accepted..

it was me that blackballed the account so tet has nothing to do with it

and i mentiond it once , as i didnt know it was a serious condition, after that i called him stupid, in regards to his posts he made, same as i do to most people on this forum.
