I'm pretty sure Legend did mean your company as a whole. We should not have to search around the forums to check why the game is down. We spend money on this game, I see a lot of people covering up a mess not actually apologizing.

How exactly does this justify for all the hours spent on this game within those 3 months? I mean I have a job, I like to come home and enjoy a little while on this game. I honestly love this game, seeing this all happen honestly **Filtered** depresses me. All my hard work is gone, yes it is partly about the money I lost which sucks I worked hard for it, but I also worked really **Filtered** hard on this game.

All I can say is I hope everything gets fixed. As a company you should really do everything in your power to have everything backed up. 3 months is a long freaking time. Well i'm done ranting.

I wasn't pointing fingers... Clearly Juliette isn't to blame... I was blaming Kingdom Games as a whole. I appreciate Juliette actually posting something at least, while the rest of you guy's are hiding from the fallout.

It was Kingdom Games, and its employee's responsibility to inform us the why our accounts that we spend hard earned cash on, was gone and then set back three months. It's not my job to search through these forums to find out what happened.

Also, the main login shouldn't have some stupid in-lore story about why everyone account was reset. But rather have a real explanation of what the **Filtered** you guys did wrong. If you guys can't handle these fairly simple things, you shouldn't be running a company, and people shouldn't be giving you money.

Then why complain on the forum? You ALL know AJ rarely comes here, sure vent a bit of anger, but if you want anything you're in the wrong place, asking for something we (forum staff, Juliette, I) cannot give.
As for time spent and not recouped, ya I can level with that, but I got over it years ago when I learn't that there is no point playing with a $$ spender on here , you're always loosing your time.
As for $$ trades not gone through the game, I just have to lol xD.

Maybe there will come a formal apology and explanation, but the reason it took ~ a week for the server to get back up was due to AJ's RL being busy, give it a day or so to settle and see what happens. I'll ask anyway (although it even takes a few days for me now to get an answer).

Yes I spent some money on this game why? because this is one of mine. As to why I spent money is because well I had some trust in this company as a whole, now? Well I guess we will see what happens from here on out.

ok guys, calm down, give it time, it just came online, they are still fixing it, and i personally would rather have admin resolving the issues than sitting around the forums answering everybody's question, they said how to contact admin if your having issues with your account, if not then WAIT, till things have been settled before yelling at people, trust me i'm as annoyed as anybody else, but i'm keepin my venting to skype, not here.

also yes it is your job to find the posts, as the posts on the topics have been posted where they are meant to be, and i'm sure they are still trying to get everything sorted before posting what happened they are making their priority the fact that they need to solve the issue, and not answering every little question or rant that gets posted on the forums.
