well i been playing since 2007. i had two accounts so far and I've been with this one for years. I dont have the letters what gives?

You need to write something. Go to user preferences, and set a 'personal title'. Then your 'red letters' will show.

well its not the player who gets it, its the account, and later u can sell it with added value

You can buy it for $ as is... Albeit in the form of buying an account
