Have communicated through PM, but I can see how public reply would have struck other birds as well.
Jason will continue to be away for the better part of the month.
He has handled 98% of the issues related to the server downtime (in part due to people noticing stuff was up only after he had cleared the list, in part due to the list being rather massive) in the first week after downtime. He then left. ETR above.
Thanks, I hope we can continue to rely on your understanding for the time being. (Yes, I know that is cheesy now, but it basically is what I said in PM earlier, so this is just for public record.)

Juliette I do want to thank you. You have been the most vocal about the whole thing. I know I am newer here but....
is there any reason that (other server admin) don't have (some level) of power in all servers?

yes corruption and scamming
best this type of thing is left to ppl outside of game imo

I understand, but maybe you can divide the rights for the different servers among a few people...

Still no response from admin... Come on people gatewars needs to have an admin who can help people with their problems or question, not?

Support will be back online some time this weekend.
There is a rather long list of things to handle, so this doesn't mean your individual issues will be resolved by this weekend.. however, you will get a first reply during prioritisation of the issue.
