It only takes one bad apple to ruin the entire harvest and we all know there are plenty of "bad apples" always around here.

Besides, are you really getting 'trained' if you don't run the risk of losing your stuff regularly?
Teaching is fine, coddling is.. maybe a bit much.

Plus, if you genuinely want to train somebody, head over to perg!

That way you don't lose stuff that is actually important and in complete abundance.

I think this is a good idea but NG * multi accounts are far too much risk to be allowed to join.. you never know who is behind them and even if you do know generally they are just using multis to aid thier main accounts therefore are lazy within the alliance. This was the problem with Fight Club which not only caused major problems from the start but ended up Disbanding due to no partisipation / lack of communications to basic training/building regimes and even competitions.

I think the way this should run is to find those who are smallish, without alliance or in a semi inactive alliance and have no multi. Then if their main account is weaker and less ascended than a *multi account have them go through the process in Newground with guidance in doing so fast. whilst this is happening have them train with their main in building UU/naq and war until they manage that 20th ascension. This should take around 3/4 weeks-ish(cant really remember) by this time they would be nicely integrated into alliance and fully aware and knowledged in the training regimes you provided. Once Multi is active in main they should mandatorily either render small main inactive and use to build NG/publicise as alliance farm, continue to build main but have both accounts in Same alliance with SAME name or just Delete once drained of resources.

If this goes ahead and you wish, i am open to help with training and walking recruits through a fasttrack ascension from Newground and will help out in any way!
