pokemon reference FTW
Technically...TAF doesn't mass people who aren't aggressive to us. You figure, Mayhem had its leadership leave and join Jotunheim to break our DRA so war, DDE joined that war, OE started massing us, TO's 1ic was in DDE and descended a TAF member and FSF cancelled our NAP.

Some might even say we're the "victims" in all of this. A true tragic tale for the ages...actually I don't think anyone is saying that :smt043

Of course we knew CC, we knew before we saw it on your forums lol.

Just saying...we don't go random massing alliances to add to our enemy list. Save that for Omega or you guys; both of you are pros at it.

For the time being Mist will be left out of this from this time forward. Also Collective Serenity will not be warring HVE in any way..

To be fair, maybe you shouldn't bite off more than you can chew instead of going after people new in the game. Oh i forgot, FS doens't roll that way, they can't hack it with the big guns. I can't either, but then again, i don't go around massing training alliances.
what new players? awards couldn't even get enough "new" players nominees. :smt017
HVE on a whole has a few experienced players that are more than a match for FS...

maybe mist can take on FS's "training" alliance :D
war is often best way to learn

good luck to all involved.

tutt, tutt Rob3rt vulturing :P
Just because the newer players in HVE don't post on these forums frequently doesn't mean we aren't getting new players applying.

How is cancelling a NAP a form of aggression?

boldly assertive and forward; pushy:

FSF Cancelled a NAP also giving you guys a 2 weeks notice before we officially viewed it as void. Then one of your members massed one of ours on ascended opening it up. We offered you alternative ways around this however TAF HC (cough mathlord cough) thought in there ultimate wisdom it would just be better to ignore that and not even listen to negotiations. If you would not have accepted a DRA in June it would have cancelled the NAP no matter what. Either way that is done and dusted now.

We told you a month ago that it was a NAP or nothing. If you remember when FS declared war on TAF a year or so back, that a long-term NAP was the only way to maintain peaceful relations between our two empires. Lo and behold, we had a long term NAP and it did maintain peaceful relations, despite as you well know Drahazar trying quite hard to stir up stuff on quite a few occasions.

Now again, you knew where TAF stood. A DRA has never worked with FS and is not acceptable to TAF. Peace with FSF is not worth the headache of a DRA. You signed a six month NAP extension one month ago. You chose to cancel that when you saw an opportunity to keep close with your Omegan friends or to farm weakened TAF accounts during wartime or whatever else your personal reasons might have been. You gave us a two week grace period, though your exact words were "If you wish to wavier this 2 week notice period then either let me know or appear in our logs the choice is yours." We let you know.

Let's face it.. we are at war with OE and you are their allies. On a war of this scale, where everyone is fighting everyone, it was basically inevitable that we would end up at war with each other too. What then is the point in denying or postponing that? I was glad to see FSF ending that NAP, and although I appreciated the notice, neither side wanted those two weeks really. I've had TÅF members asking to mass you guys for the past week. We initially told them to honour the NAP, but when you gave notice about the NAP ending it just made sense to get all the cards on the table, which I guess was how you ended up on the target list. If either side had really wanted to contain it at that point we could have, it was just one massing by one member. Instead I spoke to you and we mutually agreed that it was best just to call it an immediate NAP end and the war began a short while later.

Now I'm also a little sad to see HVE get dragged into this. Good luck HVE, we are here to help however we can!
