i think it's no matter anymore they mass possible member of TDD and i'm guilty? when i surrender after that TDD start mass me because i descended possible enemy,

Dark Dominium members have massed members within The Criminal Web, it is well documented. However, I (as a previous DDE member, and HC in DoC) have a good relationship with some members within DDE. We aren't allies, haven't even discussed the topic, or approached anything like it (such as merger [us into them], Military Pact, NAP, DRA, etc.) That being said, there are members within DDE who are commanders to certain players within The Criminal Web. You can go ahead and assume based on previous interactions with them, that DDE commanders protect their officers (i.e. DC protecting RG).
