I like impossible 
The Optimize CER thing says I need to add 245k more fleets before I work on charisma levels (if I'm understanding that function correctly). That's only 650Q according to the hu calc. Aiming for 500t plus hits only on my old inactive farm list when I'm not wasting the turns on this wreckage thing lol Still don't quite get that.
Small steps.
