The rhetoric being that main is the "main" game, and if you want something that resets, you can play the side games (Chaos, Quantum) or play the "old style" of main before planets etc with Origins.

I'd assume the same logic would be applied, in that decisions made upgrade-wise to your account are permanent and irreversible.
That said, it's often been implied that it was due to the amount of $$$ sunk into accounts that would cause players to leave the game, so getting 80-90% of that back would possibly alleviate that.

you'd also need a limit on amount of times and frequency of resets an account couid do.

A day that is drastic wow haha. Just my 2 cents but I suppose this could work for those that want to actually reset their accounts but isn't universal should be expensive to pursue this option imo.

yea have it like 2 times a year and also yea it will be very spendy 10-20% of you account is alot my account is worth about 10q total used to upgrade it. so if i reset my account i would loose 1-2q and my account is only 39/39 1m up and 8t ms

I was thinking more along the lines of bimonthly or less frequent.
hmm admin could offer it as Christmas Bonus
