Sorry to hijack the thread, but in the example posted I hope it is in reverse order, in that ETL manually set nuetral, and then war was set automatically?

This thread can be locked as it is a non issue at this point. It looked like a bug in that an account could change relations without the 24 hour limit (even when changing to neutral game tells you relations are 24 hours) but it seems it's just an unadvertised "feature" aka bug and no one will give a **Filtered** about anyway
