Well lets seee what happens by the end of the wave to see how many are Goauld then...and till this wave (where i did not realy play at all) i have played replicator on quantum and have no complaints about I am not saying that the asgard should be punished for there great defense but can we take them out for a wave and see what happens with out them if all of a sudden Goauld take over the rankings then we can take them out for a wave and see how asgard do with no goauld no and the Ori. I do not want this as a perment change( all though changeing out one race each wave would be cool) just for a wave to see what happpens.

And what do you want to do with asgard accounts?
Because we dont register at each waves beginning, just reset and start again...

well give them an extra race change and make them all the new race is they do not like it then they can change to what ever they want to be or they get an extra race change if they stay ori

Because most of the asgards will go if they dont have to be what they want....

But, adding new races maybe...
If you like that ori thing so much maybe admin can put a new race in...

then you sit out a wave of quantum or you just do not take that wave as serious as you did other waves

I don't see what the big deal with no asgards is... if you don't like it, just play main for three months...

Anyway, I have a few more ideas for this or any other "alternate realities"

    (so far we have) No asgards, ori instead
    No goa'ulds, something else (ori? Nox? tokra?) instead.
    No trading
    (I want to add to the list) Double income, halved action (UPD would go crazy)
    Untrained units can use weapons, with lesser efficiency
    No super units
    Overall troop efficiency based off your weapon variety
    Tripled casualties of war & repair bills
    Five turns a half hour, cap of 150
    No limit to damage added by MS
    Only fleet battles, soldiers are instead fighters, supers are battlecruisers. Make both offense and defense, defensive weapons would be shields, weapons would be like armaments for ships
    Doubled UPD
    Doubled covert casualties (on both ends)


Just some ideas. I like the idea of quantum being different each time... maybe I'd play it then.

Hmm stating to like the idea...
how about this way:
4 new races, or more races like 8, and all have its pros and contras...
so each race have +in something(s), -in the other things

how about this?

May be a total of eight different races with differnt combinations of four each round to see hos differnet bonuses do against other bonuses, we could add a

25 %mother ship bonus special tech could be that mothership can do more than double the damange

5% bonus to strike attack defense covert and mothership special tech could be wepons are repaired after combat

5% up bonus with a 10% income pently special tech could be no lose of soliders in combat

just a few idaes...

seriously it doesnt matter what races are the best its not the races its the players, just cos skehmet and zaphor are oen race doesnt mean its best . all races have different strats and the asgard rac is just to get an unbeleiveable def, btw it dont work,

if forumn is thinkign of mixing round the races and having different bonuses i must say it is a ncie idea, altho to do it just to asgard would be silly, for exampel q. could be changed to.

Nox. - 15% covert bonus , 10% defense bonus
Jaffa -15%attack bonus , 10% Income bonus
Tauri -10% attack bonus -10% income bonus -5% defense bonus
Ori warriors -15% covert bonus , 10% attack bonus

thats just an exampel forumn can play on the idea, would make q. a bit mroe interesting next wave, maybe have even mroe races, all based on this new series of stargate (but not copied in anyway form stargate ofcourse) maybe soemtihng else if forumn gets time...

Seriously, they have the FREAKIN IRIS. Surely that counts for something. Now, they definitely don't exceed in MS, but people are confusing spatial attack defense with ground defense.

Seriously, pretty much every time the tauri base was overrun it was pretty much a covert attack... the only exception I can think of would be in the "alternate reality" daniel went to in season 1.

Lets face it, the tauri don't do ANYTHING covert... its always "a tok'ra agent has informed us..." or "a recent team found..." or something like that. The former involves a third pary... the latter involves ground forces.

Let me list all the times I can remember when the tauri were overrun...

1. Anubus occupies bodies trying to get off the base (no fighting involved)
2. Those bug things with the holograms taking over SGC (Only happened because of superior covert technology)
3. alternate reality in season 1 (then again, it was analternate reality)
4. Brain fart...
5. I gues you could say every time some sort of fleet comes in the solar system (but thats MS battles!)
6. Anubus's son breaking out of the base (That definately wasn't standard combat, though)

Umm... That's all I can think of right now... But I doubt I would have HAPPENED to see the ones which fit my conclusion. What are the odds?

So, uh... yeah. Personally, I think tauri should get more along the lines of

20% attack, 20% defense, -5% mothership, -10% covert

Right my idea was we keep 4 races but change what one of the races do and then we can play areound with differnt combo's of races

As for the races idea...

Why not have each reset be like follows...

A giant uber military force of some unknown race kills everything. Sabs, attacks, the battle logs would be done with "massive armies" and "unbeleivable small forces" and "massive damage" and even "massive turns" instead of calculations, therefore reducing reset slowness.

"And killed massive numbers of your covert agents."

"Your weapons were all destroyed"

"All your naquadah was taken"

"All your untrained units were kidnapped'

You get the idea. The new race would replace the strongest one or the weakest one.
