Once more confusion over the rules ensues.
Either Forum is pulling a GW on us, and it's really .02%
or we must trust that because forum didn't type it, it didn't happen and it is as it states in the updates section....
I used to believe it was the later, but some have said it is .02%...
We have yet to have somone within that .02 or .015% post to clear it up.
