It sounds like an automatic anti-multi-acount measure, and if it is, the only way you will get around it is to e-mail one of the accoutns listed here explaining your problem.
Tell me, does your Friend play SGW?
Come to think of it, it probably isn't an anti-multi but rather, anti-hacking.
i`m totaly sure that shes has never eaven enterd the starting page, im totaly sure its not a cookie problem sience all cokies are allowed, what i whant is a new password sent to my email, who to contact?
