The only thing I would change is that if the attacking account is at critical then it also slows down. It makes since that if you are at a hightented state of alert that you would check everything before you let them back in.
What i would do here is say that you can not get a ppt for 24 hours after coming off of vaction mode. (Your relm just got off the cusp of a black hole, it will take longer than this to get your name on the Protected planets treaty again. or Your planet is still recovering from it's last trip by a black hole you do not want to risk such a trip again so soon.)If you could not log in for more than the 48 hours of a ppt and went on vaction mode just make sure when you get back you do not have to run away again. Till you can get your ppt or go back on vaction mode...this might be mean to people who start having a lot of RL problems but all of a sudden but you can go from a ppt to a vaction just not the other way and after coming off vaction there will always be that one day so if you went there to hide it will still be waiting. Sorry for going off topic a little but i really like the update as a whole in reguards to attacking.
