Ok let's make an argument. Currently Guaold are the easiest race to play. 25% more naq and no banking fees makes it way easier to build huge weapons or get covert levels quicker. The replicators only benefit in the higher covert levels.
The Tauri and Asgard are in the middle of them both.
Quite frankly, the Reps should get something and the Guaold should pay banking fees like everyone else. if u add the savings on banking fees, they are making 30 percent more than anyone else. with no commander bonuses, thats 10% on top of their current bonus. Way too much advantages.

i disagree coz the no banking fees is the reason i missed the goa'uld so much when i switched to asgard for 3 days and then backk again... that is one thing no-one else can get!!! If u want more income get higher unit production and then more men to produce naq.....

u need 25% more units than a guaold to get equal earnings..it's a common fact that the guaold have it easy.

EtL, you forget that the Goa'uld don't usually get to keep all of that 25% bonus. For Tauri and Asgard, it's something that can't be taken away.

while u say that goauld are easiest race to play i would say that tauri are easiest racr to play because of their attack.
but back to the upgrades,
this new improvment wouldn't mean upgrade just for replis and goaulds all races could upgrade covert and productivity but only replis could have covert +3 while others would only be able to do +2 covert upgrade.
so that covert would bring (let's just say for example) ASSIMILATION, so each race could assimilate some 3% and replicators would be able to assimilate 5%......
goaulds would then have productivity +3 while all others would have +2.
so that way eache race should be able to upgrade turn income to +2 and that would give them +10% to their income while goauld would have +25%, proportional to that should be raised bank capacity for goaulds +25% and all others +10%

I don't see the advantage. All it would do is elevate all races, which makes no difference. The only one effected is the newer player who will start out slower than the rest. Because they have to buy that expensive bonus, while those who have it already are advancing much faster.

well maybe the new players shpuld get a better start.
but u know we all once started from 0.

Yes, but your suggestion actually makes them have a slower start. Well, not exactly, but it gives those that can afford the bonuses an instant boost. This makes it harder to keep up for those that can't afford the bonus.

well if this idea was ever going to be implimented i would be able to get it instantly coz i always have 20 mil in the bank for emergencies. But i agree with Sleipnir, it will only hurt the new players.

but maybe new players could be given a better start
and there is allready big difference betwenn players from the top of the list and those ranked bellow.
u can't expect for someone that just started few days ago to catch others in month.
but maybe Sleipnir and lord Dougy could give few suggestions on my proposal.

well i don't real see any point in these upgrades to tell the truth but i think replicators are the only race that need anything extra and i've already voiced my ideas on covert turns and cheaper spies.... with the increase in income the bigger people gain more from it also...... bring back the raid function i say coz that way u can beat back the big boys who have over 100K men.

This was actually quite interesting to read. But I have to aggree with sleipnir. The Goa'uld and Replicators cannot have any more upgrades. They will dominate the game and will give no other new members a chance.

well now that u asked it could be both or just turn income as i had on mind 1st
but it doesn't be to called productivity that was just first word that came up
